Villa Serena is a luxury vacation villa of Sorrento of 300 square meters which accommodates six people. The complex may only be reserved in its entirety.

The villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a wide panoramic terrace, pool of 13 x 5 meters (approximately 43 x 16.4 feet), solarium and a 1000 square metre Mediterranean garden with an evocative view of the sea.

This magnificent property lies in a valley of olive and lemon trees 2 km from the centre of Sorrento (approximately 1.2 miles), 500 metres from the first rock beach and 12km from Positano (approximately 7.5 miles).

The villa is divided into 3 levels in which the first two are at the complete disposition of the guests. The third level, equipped with an independent entrance and situated on the lower floor of the villa, is reserved for the service personnel.

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor is directly accessed from the private driveway. On this floor, a small entrance hall, wide area comprising lounge and dining room, terrace and kitchen with access to the garden is found. Continue

 

FIRST FLOOR

A ramp of 18 stairs connects you from the ground to the first floor where you find 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea. Continue

 

GARDEN

Villa Serena is immersed in 1000 square metres of lush Mediterranean garden spread over several levels. The garden is amply sunny and faces a magnificent panorama. Continue

The lower garden is accessed from the upper garden via a small stone staircase where you will find the pool with a sinuous shape surrounded by sun beds, shower and sun umbrella. Continue
