Villa Serena is a self-catering vacation villa overlooking the sea of Sorrento decorated in an antique Tuscan style and spread over two levels, both with sunny terraces which face the blue of the Gulf of Naples and the island of Ischia. The villa’s interior, is of intense blue, salmon and white and was designed to offer an exclusive realm, where the charming elements unite as one.
Past the front door, a wide area comprising of a living room and dining room opens up before you. The living room is decorated with a fire place, lounge chairs, armchairs, satellite TV, computer station with internet connection and two glass doors that allow both access to the terrace and your enjoyment of the fantastic sea view from your living room.
The lunch room is furnished with a table with chairs and an antique sideboard, from a private collection of a Florentine villa dating back to the 1700’s. Still on the ground floor is a spacious kitchen, equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils.
From the kitchen, it is possible to access the garden area where the barbeque and a wood fired oven to prepare pizza are found.
Thanks to its characteristics, Villa Serena is an ideal villa for organizing an entertaining pizza party.
The sleeping area where you find the bedrooms is reached through a flight of 18 steps of antique Tuscan terracotta.
The holiday villa is equipped with three spacious bedrooms with sea views and direct access to the first floor terrace.
The two matrimonial bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms (one of which contains a shower and the other a Jacuzzi bath).
The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which if necessary, can be combined to form the third matrimonial room and has a bathroom with shower which is reached via the corridor.
All the bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and courtesy kit and are decorated with majolica mosaic tiles that confer a light filled and fresh atmosphere.
The décor of the rooms are attended to in the smallest detail and is decorated with artwork, linen curtains and Murano glass chandeliers.
The terrace offers a marvelous panorama of the island of Ischia, Gulf of Naples and Punta di Sorrento.
A part of the terrace offers the shade of a pergola with flowers, table and chairs: the ideal place to enjoy a good glass of wine and admire the splendid sunset that precedes the evening.
